I used to have mandoline shears but never used them because 1) too many attachments 2) the blade wasn't sharp enough. I am happy to say that I use it in my kitchen every day. This is the only part in which all attachments are installed and which can be changed using side levers. There are 3 levers to change thickness, crush mode and cut size. The blade is quite sharp so I didn't have to strain to cut it. Definitely don't cut without a case, it's very sharp (in a good way). Easy to clean, just rinse with warm water. It folds up well so it doesn't take up much space when stowed away. Finally a practical mandolin slicer!
