It was nicely packaged and it’s finish is painted black with ceramic disc valve (perfect for corrosion and scratches resistance) and I love it. My sink had 3 holes so I had to buy a plate separately. It’s comfortable to wash something big because you can take out it’s head and move it around. It’s good when your sink is big because the faucet is able to open up big. Let’s say you are washing a big vase you can take out it’s head and wash it from the top. Also there is a button on the head which has two spray modes. It is very good quality and it is fingerprint free.The installation wasn’t that bad at all. I did not hire a plumber to replace it. I did it longer of course, but the result is the same. I did manage to buy the right tools from Lowes to get it done right. One of them is the basin wrench. It helps a lot when removing old faucet and put the new one on. I can’t stretch it enough. Love the product and it matches with everything around in my kitchen.
