Review on 💪 Enhance your Sony Camera with the AGR2 Attachment Grip in Black by Kevin Abner

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I wish it was cheaper but I don't regret it, I like it, makes the camera more comfortable in hand.

This is a nice little addition to our camera. Although it annoys me that the comfortable grip is an "add-on". However, we love the Sony RX100 m3 oooohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! It has a slick, small body with very little space to actually hold the device. That's what makes it such a phenomenal pocket-sized camera that you can take anywhere. The downside is that it's uncomfortable to hold due to the lack of space. I always use the hand strap when holding it for fear of dropping it and admittedly I experienced a few misses/near misses before we got the grip. Furious. The real challenge was that we used to go for a walk on a gloriously overcast day, I was taking pictures like crazy, and it wasn't until we got home that I even thought about how I was holding it. This is how the camera should feel when you just reach out to help you capture the moment. This grip helps that connection. It was assembled quickly. Literally peel and paste. We made sure to wipe the area where the adhesive sticks on the camera with some rubbing alcohol to remove any oily fingerprints. Aligned, glued, waited for the night. Easy. The handle does not protrude further than the lens. It also matches the hue of the grip material, which was already part of the camera body on the back. Like I said, I wish we didn't have to buy it, but an afterthought from the camera company is better than not fixing the problem. general. The price put me off a bit. I think that physically they take a lot more than they need. Is this camera still worth buying? .Definitely. This camera is amazing. So in my head I just pretend the camera costs $14.99 more instead of admitting that I paid for a tiny piece of rubber and tape. haha Feel free to use this excuse for yourself too :)

Pros
  • Easy shooting for comfortable working with elastomeric material
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something
