If you try to glue the FLAT part (FRONT CAMERA) first and then the curved EDGE part, you'll find that you're "missing" and ruining everything. BE SURE TO START WITH THE CURVED SECTION AND MOVE IT UNTIL IT MATCHES THE CURVE/EDGE OF THE CAMERA BODY, THEN PRESS THE REST OF THE HANDLE AGAINST THE FACE OF THE CAMERA.

Very comfortable grip, perfect for the Sony Cyber-shot DSC-RX100 V. I understand why they don't attach it to the camera when you buy it (not suitable for underwater housing), but Sony should factor this in if you have it the expensive Point n' Shoot as a custom option. Suitable for my new Sony RX-100 Mark VI. Should have been part of the chamber from the start. Sony gets funny by cutting corners. For a $1200 camera, you don't even get a printed copy of the user manual, neck strap and charger. I can skip the neck strap, but they charge an extra $15 for this handle and $35 for the charger. I'm sure these items would cost Sony less than $5. Come on Sony Stop belittling your customers when they spend so much money on your camera.

I bought this rubber grip to increase security when handling this small camera which is quite heavy for its compact size. Since I sometimes use the aluminum UURig cage for VLOGG, I didn't want the handle to get in the way of the cage attachment or the factory leatherette case, so I didn't attach it to the camera body. Functional secondary handle makes holding the RX100 (i,ii,iii.) much easier. I really think Sony should have incorporated this grip into the camera, otherwise it's very slippery to hold the camera. Not only does this grip help you hold the camera, but it eliminates some of the shake as you have a much better and more secure grip.
