I love the quality and look of this knee brace and its the best I have ever seen! The only problem I had was that the brace was WAY to small! if you are thinking about ordering it, definitely go up 1-2 sizes. Size medium, which is the one that i ordered, fit way to small, and would probably fit realistically a 8-9 year old child. The tightness, color and quality is awesome though! Recommend highly! If I had been able to see a size chart for this medium knee brace when I ordered it, I might have found a better fit; however, because according to the box, I should fit in both a medium and a large with a 15" knee circumference. My guess is that the company didn't allow for a women's thigh since the sleeve fits fine until it reaches four inches above my knee. One end is wider than the other, but only slightly. These are very comfortable knee compressions. They're just tight enough to offer some relief without cutting off circulation lol. You can't even tell I'm wearing them under pants. I mean, don't go wearing skinny jeans or anything and you'll be fine. My knees have been acting up lately. They're fine all day, but then at night the give me this nagging ache. Well, it's nighttime now and my knees feel really good for a change. I'm so happy to have tried these and would gladly recommend them.

I was looking for compression sleeves to workout in. I like these sleeves but they’re a pain to get on and off since I have bigger calves. But once I’m able to get them past my calves they fit nicely. I’m not sure if going up a size would help or if they would then be too loose. This compression knee brace works very well. It fits a little more tightly than I would like and does pinch a little bit on my thigh. It offers a good amount of tension, to keep things in place. It is made with moisture wicking material, so it keeps the sweat down and it really helps with my knee (had several surgeries for ACL, etc.) when I'm working out. It washes well and didn't shrink in dryer either. Overall, it's nice, but I wish it wasn't quite to tight.

These are perfect for my knees. My left one is a partial replacement (3 years old) and my right one is having issues (a thumb sized piece of bone/arthritis growing under my kneecap). After a fall while running with my dogs, I may not be able to run again, but I have to keep exercising! So I've gone to an indoor bike and these have helped greatly through the injuries. Great compression has lessened swelling and pain.

You get two in a package. I think I missed that in the description. So, it was a nice surprise to get two. Very easy to put on and off. Also, the brace is comfortable, while at the same time helping to keep my knee stable. I was not sure at first that I liked the long length but I do. It does provide the support that is needed.

I am not tall, nor do I have thick legs. But these were too tight on the thigh side. Maybe they work well if you size up. But the problem may be that these are simply not cut for people who wear North American sizes.

These were way too tight, I was not able to keep them on for more than 5 minutes. It was too painful and there was too much compression. I am a male who wears size small/medium pants and these were a size large and they were too tight. It would be better to size up. But at the current size, I will not be wearing them.
