I bought them about a week ago. These shoes fit well and are not heavy or bulky. Today I was washing something in the sink and accidentally spilled some water. That's when I found out that these shoes are not remotely waterproof as Merrell/Walmart claim. Water flowed straight through the mesh upper/front to my toes, through my sock and to the removable insole. The purpose of buying these shoes was so that I would have waterproof quality for the upcoming winter rain and snow. This purchase turned out to be a waste of money. I found Merrell more authoritarian.
