Lozenges received and assembled according to instructions. We turned on the light and nothing happened. No light. Unplugged and thought about it for a moment, plugged the light back in and looked for a switch or a fuse. What I found was a really hot resistor. After quickly turning off the light, I traced the wires and found a 1/8" section of wiring near the center of the lollipop that was COMPLETELY stripped of the insulation. -- hence the very hot resistor. After unscrewing the wires and turning on the power - voila - we had the bulbs and the resistor didn't overheat (it still heats up). It only gets two stars because it's really easy to put together and looks good Another 15 minutes I taped the wires to prevent this from happening again.
