The ability for us as volunteers (and sometimes staff) from different organizations across multiple states can access information in one place quickly! It's also great that we have so many options when it comes time to log our hours or pay bills/fees etc., there are several ways you could do this which makes things easier than I think they would otherwise be if everything was done through email only - just because something gets emailed does not mean someone has read them yet!! We use RCONN primarily during volunteer events where people need help with animals but don't necessarily know who their contact person at each organization will be once inside. This allows everyone involved easy communication about what services may still needed after being dropped off by clients' families upon entry into facilities via transport vans / cars.
