The best part is its flexibility for users who need multiple terminals in their organization as well as those that want remote access via mobile devices or browsers without having an expensive desktop machine with windows installed! It's not free but it does have some nice features like auto-docking when connected so you can save time from manually docking/undockting your device everytime there are changes made by other parties within our network of computers (like if someone else makes edits while I'm away).

Also allows us easy sharing between colleagues using dropbox which has helped reduce storage costs since we don't store documents locally at all anymore. Easy setup process - just plugging into any available Ethernet port will do. There were problems where certain software applications would sometimes hang up after connecting due to lack of internet connectivity even though my computer was able to connect fine through wifi.
