Review on 🚗 Enhanced Protection: Chrome Car Door Edge Guard Trim (12 Feet, Full Size U Shape) by Matthew Blustein

I was a little nervous when it arrived and it was folded so tightly that I couldn't smooth it out and the edges were wavy. I used a hair dryer to heat it up before attaching it to the doors and then reheated it while it was on to get it securely in place. You can easily cut the desired lengths with a fabric measuring tape. The hardest part seemed to be getting started, but once you get that awful edge at the end of the strip, everything else goes pretty easy. Looks great. I can't say how long this will last - I just put it on and will update when it wears off - but for now I'm very glad I didn't spend $100 to have it done at the dealer. I've done all four doors on my SUV and I have a few yards left if I need to redo a door; Maybe I'll make a lifting gate. Buffalo's winters can be chilly so it will be interesting to see how the glue holds up as the temperature drops.
