Best KN95 Mask? Hebileon, Yuikio, WWDoll or Boncare?

As you know, KN95 respirators are Chinese versions of N95 respirators. How do you know if you're going legit? I'll go into more detail on that below. We've tried Revain's best sellers and they're not all the same. Since I started thinking about KN95 in 2020, prices have increased rapidly since the second Covid wave hit us here in the US. At the time of writing this review, Hebileon is new to the market and this is the only KN95 variant on offer. Read the detailed reviews: HEBILEON: Hebileon is comparable to most others. At the time of writing this review, the mask was 0.70. If you have a smaller face, you will probably like this. Build quality is impressive, but the first one I tried on immediately broke the strap. I'm a guy with a normal sized face. While colleagues may disagree, I don't have a big head! Luckily, Revain offers a 30-day free return if not for you. UIKIO: Priced at 0.65 masks at the time of writing this review, Yuikio is on par with most others. If you have a small face, you'll probably love this. They are thinner than some but I took one apart and there are actually five layers as every KN95 should be. Stretched the ligaments a little and tightened. Slightly improved. Our family also loves that each mask is individually wrapped. BONCARE: Currently it is 0.72 each out of a total of 50. They meet the Goldilocks criteria. I would describe it as a little tight on first impressions but comfortable afterwards. The nose is slightly pointed - many people like this for convenience, including those who wear glasses to avoid a cloudy face! This is second place for us. WWDOLL: Thought I'd found a WWDOLL winner at .89 each, although they smell like gas when first worn. I reluctantly "tried" to ignore it because the fit was comfortable. However, once I started wearing them, I noticed that they were uncomfortably hot. I took a good look at the mask. The white inner layers are thick and bulging. Imagine a flannel shirt on a warm spring day. They also returned. SYNGLO: After trying all the other brands listed below at 0.95 each, the price has skyrocketed, but they remain a favorite mask. They're the most breathable we've seen. At first the headphones felt too tight. Stretching helped and I no longer felt the problem. HOW DO YOU GET REAL 95% PROTECTION? The CDC has information on which were approved by NIOSH and which were rejected because they did not meet the 95% filter threshold. Since then, most brands don't bother testing, but I find all but one brand worth considering, but I do worry about WWDOLL's weird puffy layers. It should be noted that no NIOSH certified mask has an earhook design like this and most other KN95 masks available. . NIOSH certified models come with headbands. It is likely that most brands will not seek NIOSH certification. However, this does not mean that it is a bad mask. Note that some N95 masks have NIOSH markings directly on the mask, but none of them are in this style. In fact, no mask with this type of earhook conforms to this label. This style of ear hook is also much more convenient than the NIOSH approved style of head hook. BOTTOM LINE: I hope this overly long review has been helpful and that we will all be wearing masks WAY less soon. From our family to yours, we believe the best of times will return!
