So that dumplings don't break
A pack of bamboo paper was very useful. We cook a lot of dumplings with a bamboo steamer and although the paper is a bit bigger, it really prevents the dumplings from breaking. We've also used it to store frozen cookie dough wrapped in a tube shape.
