I've tried several ways to connect this to my iPhone/Apple Watch with no success. So frustrating. Update: After numerous contacts with the seller, who did everything possible to help me, it was clear that he didn't want/can't commit to my watch. That's something I could easily find myself, not their responsibility. The support team have been excellent and kept me connected with all of our contacts to keep me updated on the progress of their insights. I was able to attach it to my Peloton by making sure there was enough water on the contacts (I used a sprayer to make sure it was closed on the contacts and tightened it immediately.) It connected to the bike immediately , so I suspect there was user error the whole time. It was very accurate and helpful as I used it in my peloton so I've updated my rating to five stars. This block does exactly what it is supposed to do, simply. As I know it now, I would buy it again without hesitation.
