I found this lighter to be impossible to use. Impossible to fill with Butane no matter how many ways and types of premium butane bottles I triedThere is a nice letter talking about the producer's family and how difficult COVID has been - if true I can relate but there is no supporting evidence - so why bother with the note?And speaking of "support" there appears no easy way for me to get this thing replaced. If the manufacturer does indeed stand by their products, then I am willing to at least temporarily attribute this terrible lighter to being just a one-off lemon. Perhaps most of their lighters are good and I just happened to get one that cannot be charged. But I guess I will never know since there was no customer service provided.CONCLUSION: DO NOT PURCHASE this lighter.QUICK FOLLOWUP: One of my engineers spent an hour trying to charge this thing - she was able to get a tiny amount of butane into the lighter but when we ignited it, the flame was barely visible despite the dial setting to the maximum.
