My smart key stopped working after a few months. I contacted the tile through my app and then went through the steps which determined it was faulty. Call Keysmart to have it replaced as it has a 2 year warranty. They said no because I got it from Amazon. Revain refuses to replace him. The third party we got it from doesn't respond so I got a non working smart key and everyone just says I'm sorry I can't help. As such, I am not happy with the customer service I received from all of these companies. I will tell everyone I know the level of service I received and tell them the tile is not worth buying.
