Got the bag a month later for my birthday and it has hardly been used. Straight out of the bag, the fabric attached to the swivel is already torn. Not only that, the yellow "welds" are really sharp and jagged and are sure to cut your fingers (the part the bandages don't protect). Immediately I noticed the bubble was slightly off center, I figured it wouldn't matter much, I was wrong. The bump kept getting worse, to the point where the bag could barely function. It's hard to tell from the photo, but the ball flattened out on the sides when I hit it (mind you, LESS THAN ONE MONTH OF USE!). The bag should be round and well balanced, but it isn't, quite the opposite. And"welds" also began to wear out. I was in a rush and figured just buy a cheap bag, I should have saved about $20 more for a much better speed bag. I will try to contact them to get a new one and get back to you. Wish me luck.
