Review on Canary by yellow.ai by Michael Powell

I like how easy it is to use. It's so simple that even my non tech savvy friends can easily understand what they need to do in order to use it effectively. There are some features that could be improved such as being able to have more than one bot at once. If you're looking for something very user friendly this would definitely work well for you! We've been using Canary for about two months now and we haven't had any issues or complaints yet. The biggest benefit of having Canary integrated into our website has been the ease of managing multiple conversations without needing separate staff members.
