Non-genuine Hydrotech filters
The water company has informed me that these are non-genuine Hydrotech filters. I used them for 3 weeks and my water tasted awful. The membrane filter must be woven. It wasn't this one. Filters should last a year. I had to replace them after 3 weeks. See attached picture. They are discolored. This has not happened with the filters that have been around for a year. I would like to receive a refund.
