Review on ESO Fire RMS by Timothy Louis

The best feature is being able to log my runs into our RFIS program with no computer or phone needed, I am still working at getting everything setup but its been an improvement over what we were doing before! It should be easier in some areas such as changing jobs/classifications within reports for multiple shifts etc.. There are alot missing functions compared too old version like emailing dispatch (which was pretty cool). Having it run through radio logs has helped keep track if there's something that doesn't make sense about where someone went during service which used ot happen alltoomuch when trying t ofind people who had left after putting out fires ect... The ease at which we were able use our tool during an incident is fantastic! We haven't had any difficulty with it, not even once in over 2 years using this software (over 200 incidents now). There's been no problems or issues that I am aware off. It works great for us but if you need some troubleshooting help maybe have someone else check out their website as they will be very specific about what needs fixing when contacted by email/phone call.
