The best feature is being able to log my runs into our RFIS program with no computer or phone needed, I am still working at getting everything setup but its been an improvement over what we were doing before! It is easy for all team members, including dispatchers, firefighters who are not familiar with using fire radios or even those in command positions that need something simple yet effective which this software has met our needs perfectly! I like that it is easy for both managers & dispatchers as well has firefighters, because we all know how hard this job already gets! It makes our life easier by reducing paperwork which means less mistakes are being made when filling out reports or submitting them digitally through emailing/sending in via text messages (which saves us paper).
