Hybrid performance is the best of pans
This pan was developed to combine the advantages of steel construction with the properties of a non-stick pan. I found the pan to be well constructed and durable with excellent heat distribution. As you'd expect, performance falls somewhere between a non-stick pan and a stainless steel pan. Food will brown much better in this pan than in Teflon or ceramic, but it's also true that food sticks better. Very sticky foods like scrambled eggs or cheese will stick to this pan. Still, a useful all-purpose pan.
