Review on 🧦 RC Pet Products Pawks Dog Socks: Ultimate Paw Protection and Grip by Traci Loge

Ideal for treating sore paws and pads!

I bought these to keep my dog from licking and fiddling his paws when he was having trouble with them. Licking and fiddling disrupts paw healing, especially when I have to apply medication or moisturizer to his pads. For example, in the spring he had a grass allergy for several weeks and was constantly licking and biting his nails. On another occasion, while playing ball next to the wet concrete around the pool (now I better watch out when he's next to the pool!), his pads got very dry and he fumbled with his pads (and licked the medicine from I sprayed on the pads). ). to help them heal.) They're easy to put on and take off, and I can leave them on for him when he goes into the backyard (if he drops a sock or two while running there, they're an inexpensive one to keep). few spare pairs and I usually find missing socks when I'm cleaning up the yard.) When those socks get dirty I just toss them in the laundry. He currently has a small cut on one of his pads from walking in the crunchy snow and one of those socks keeps him from licking the pad all the time (he got the meds from the vet, that helps too). don't have the best grip because the rubber is only on the bottom and they often twist a bit on his paws so the rubber doesn't stay on the bottom of his paws, but my dog gets by with them quite well. at least on the floor. If your dog has floor problems in these socks, it's best to use RC Pet Products Sport Pawks Dog Socks Paw Protection for grip (because the rubber part of the handle goes all the way down the sock), but they're a little harder to put on and quick to take off, and I do also feel like they don't "breathe" due to the extended rubber grip. Here is a link to these socks: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00SI0TQT0/ I got X-Large - my dog is around 55-60 lbs. They're probably a little larger than he needs, but the larger size makes it easy to put the socks on and off with sore paws, and I feel the larger size is more breathable for healing. Therefore highly recommended for sore paws and pads. and I think I saved quite a bit on vet visits with these socks!
