Review on 📷 Dorman Rear Park Assist Camera 590-075 for Kia Models by Michael Duman

I bought a used 2012 Kia Sorento and the rear view camera image was blurry. After numerous attempts to clean it, the husband removed and disassembled it. He noticed that there was a stain on the lens. He soaked a cotton swab in Windex to clean it and about 20 tiny lenses fell apart. He has tried reseating and installing the lenses several times, but apparently they come in a specific order and there will be a large gray spot visible when installing. So we found and installed this camera. I was skeptical about how well an aftermarket camera would work. I'm happy to report that it has color image and works well. It's not as clear as the new 2017 cameras on other cars (I don't know if any of those fit?). Extensive googling did not help answer this question. But I'm happy with this camera and so glad I'm not going back to the gray blob!
