Perfect style, miserable durability

I wanted so much to love and keep this rug but it won't last long. The style and quality was great and just what I was looking for. Unfortunately, after an evening of light rain, the white paint bled over the tile joints in front of the entrance. I also tried washing it according to the instructions and it didn't clean at all. It's an amazing rug, but it's definitely not meant to be outdoors or ever washed. I recommend this rug if you plan to use it indoors where it won't get very dirty.

Pros

Unique design: double-sided doormat, both surface and back are functional. And the rug is not darned, but woven by hand from black and white threads. The geometric pattern on the rug and the tassel fringes create a sense of style
