Exactly what they said. Two handles, faucet and drain. Quality fittings that will last as long as I want. Nothing plastic, solid metal. Thick chrome and high quality material. The plumbing hoses that came with them were fine, but oddly short, so I ended up buying two 16" lines and twisting them into the sink alcove (see photo). Someone mentioned that their plumber said the parts were cheap, which is not the case. Cartridge grip inserts are high quality ceramic with O-rings and well lubricated. They are also easy to replace if necessary. My only issue was that they sent me two cold cartridge inserts (so both cold and hot turned on counter-clockwise - usually hot turns clockwise and cold turns counter-clockwise). I emailed the manufacturer and received a reply the next day. Then I received and installed TWO new sets (2 hot and 2 cold). I'm also going to press hard on the grip bits that screw into the grips as they seem to unscrew easily. I would also like to keep the letters H and C for the tops of the handles as they are for most other faucets. It's usually a small ceramic disk with a concave top. I would buy again and recommend
