I think you understand I'm not a fan of Don Joy knee pads. The most durable knee brace ever made. it hurts to look at that. and of course it hurts to wear it. This notion requires an awkward level above 10 to get off the charts. When they designed it, I think it was a sadistic medieval design that they dug up and put into production. I don't invent this stuff. It would be better for you to wrap a saran around your knee than for that clumsy bull animal. but buy it if you like torture, I'm sure it fits into one of those weird dungeons. Really stick to Amazons from other brands. don joy do not bear joy
