I'm rather skeptical about claims. I had so many calluses that I used a dremel to trim them. My orthopedist recommended. I would wear them from time to time as I'm not very disciplined. And the rough skin just disappeared. It reminded me of why the body forms a callus. It hurts when you step on things barefoot. It really works. And it's pretty inexpensive. There was another formula I tried and I just didn't like how it felt when she put it on. To speed up the process, they recommend putting it on after a shower or swim and then going to bed with socks on. I wasn't worried. Each application showed a significant improvement.
