I'm rather skeptical about claims. I had so many calluses that I used a dremel to trim them. My orthopedist recommended. I would wear them from time to time as I'm not very disciplined. It Works Foot Creams and Lotions

My dermatologist recommended this product for my calloused and cracked heels. It works! I've tried applying after showering and at night. I have been using this cream on my legs every day for about 3 months. I'm a nurse and I'm always on my feet. I have eczema. The cream with 40% urea is the only one that permanently improves my skin. My fingers just feel normal. It relaxes the skin, making it smooth and eliminating that horrible Velcro feeling on your fingertips. (Colloidal oatmeal often works, but isn't as effective as urea cream.)
