I have eczema. The cream with 40% urea is the only one that permanently improves my skin. My fingers just feel normal. It relaxes the skin, making it smooth and eliminating that horrible Velcro feeling on your fingertips. (Colloidal oatmeal often works, but isn't as effective as urea cream.) It's also great for preparing calluses for scraping or rubbing. Use a urea cream for a few nights before a pedicure. Sleep with it on the rough spots of your feet. This will help remove dead skin easily. (Nothing magical will happen to your calluses if you just apply this cream and do nothing else. Use it as a prep.) Before using this brand, I used two different prescription urea creams. It's comparable. Some other brands have additional moisturizers. I prefer pure urea. The only downside is that it leaves a small white film. Nothing serious though.
