The system is easy enough that one can understand at first glance, it's not overly complex so users are able to get up-to-speed quickly. It's also pretty flexible, which gives you some room to play with if needed. I don't like how limited the reports are sometimes; usually only 2 or 3 options come by default instead of more (which would be great). If your looking to track performance in general then this works well. We're trying to determine our ROI of certain projects, which has helped us make better decisions about what we do next time around!
