Review on Veken French Press Coffee Tea Maker 34Oz by Martha Fernandez

To me this is almost a great coffee maker in every way except for one major issue. When washing, the plunger cap fills up and retains water. It's important to me that the pot is washed, rinsed thoroughly with hot water, a clean pot when I use it because oil buildup etc will affect the taste of my coffee. It will take several days to dissipate water evaporation in this lidded chamber as I live in a humid environment. I definitely don't want to drink rusty, rancid, moldy water/coffee. Surprisingly, not more than a few people have commented on the subject. If the butt cap block couldn't be insulated and wiped completely with a dry towel I'd try and give it five stars plus but it's not so I'll be returning it.
