Good quality. The click mechanism lends itself much better to the custom fit than the holes in traditional belts. I even found a way to set it up so it doesn't make a loud click, just pull the buckle back a bit until you have the strap about where you need it, then click once or twice to turn To finish. I found that I ordered these straps a little longer than needed. Maybe it's because the standard strap needs to be longer due to lack of adjustment? In any case, you can take this into account when ordering.
