This product has had some bad reviews and I think I reviewed it once and suggested that you buy the next model because it has a better motor. I felt like this because he was pulling my hair, which really hurt. However, yesterday I realized that I was making a rookie mistake. For this $20 product, it does the job perfectly. I cut my hair because it was dry because I didn't want the clippers to get wet, but yesterday I decided to get my hair wet and then towel dry it and that changed everything. The hair doesn't knot at all. Flawless cutting in minutes. Now I know my haircut size and I can cut my hair in 5 minutes. I love this product. It's good quality, despite the other reviews. The kit contains everything you need for a complete haircut (scissors, various haircut legs, ear clippers, oil, brush, comb). I have had this product for about 4 months now and have no plans to purchase the next model. I am very satisfied with this product and do not have to look for anything else. When you buy a trimmer make sure your hair is damp and not soggy, just get it wet then towel dry and you will have a flawless cut. Make sure you lubricate it with oil as that is the only line of defense against corrosion from water.
