. This is the perfect size for half a nori sushi sheet. I put the rice directly on the half nori sheet, added some rice seasoning, put the fried one in the pan, and then seasoned it with the sauce (2t oyster sauce, 2t soy sauce and 2t sugar) SPAM on top, another layer of rice out of the mold on top and then finished wrapping the nori. Even on the first use, the results were great and they looked professional. In fact, my very young nephew and niece did all the work - I just concocted SPAM. I'll get a second form so both can run at the same time.
