I read many reviews about this spatula/grater before purchasing. I read a lot more negative reviews than positive ones because I feel like I'm learning more. What I kept reading in 1 star reviews was that the spatula didn't hold up and the corners broke off. I ordered one anyway. This is my truth: if you want a scraper, buy a scraper. If your frying style is gooey and you scrape the pan with a spatula, don't do it. buy scraper. This is the best spatula/turner I have ever bought. It does exactly what it was designed to do and better than any other. Just don't use it to scrape burnt food off pans. Use a scraper. Have fun cooking!
