Nice running shoe but a bit difficult to put on.
Fit true to size, not as springy as the Cloudfoam or Alphabounce ranges I've worn before. There is no separate tongue so I have to work a bit with my high arch. For a 5k run ๐๐ป they were good, didn't slip or move in the shoe ๐ and didn't rub so blisters didn't form. ๐๐ป
