Materro's customer service is disappointing.

I was eager to use Materro for my sports equipment requirements as an athlete. However, I was very disappointed in their customer care. I discovered their employees to be unhelpful and uninterested in helping me with my purchase, despite their claim of providing exceptional customer service. The website was challenging to use, and the checkout procedure was anything but simple. Additionally, the costs were not as affordable as they had been advertised. I didn't have a good overall purchasing experience with Materro, and I wouldn't use them again for sporting goods.
