Game Changer: Tongue Cleaner

A beauty and wellness guru suggested buying this to improve gut health. I thought it was enough to clean the tongue and how wrong I was. As long as you can still see the white coating on your tongue, you are not removing any dirt! This is a very rough first use, but worth continuing to use. It can even get very stubborn bad breath straight to the root of the source. Everyone should have these, and seriously, dentists should be giving them to their patients!
