The caps were not glued to the bottles so I could feel the liquid inside the packaging before opening it. When I did this (in the sink) the shampoo's cap was off and that was most of the liquid in the bag; The A/C cover was also loose and part of it was leaking and part was on top of the pump. As you can see I lost a decent amount in the shampoo bottle. It's too dirty for me to secure and wash/dry the bottles and then find a bag to put them in and return them. I just accept the loss of content and clean up the mess. I hope that in the future pump caps will be screwed and closed SAFELY on bottles.
