Disappointing. on coffee makers
If I could turn back time I wouldn't buy this. I bought this car because I really want it as a birthday present. And after a week I tried to pull out the capsule shell but it was broken into pieces. So I emailed Illy and they said we'd talk to a car expert about it, but they didn't email me for three weeks. I emailed them again but received no reply for a week. It feels like they ignore me :( I still use this broken device but if I could I wouldn't get it again.
