Warning - the lock I received is NOT the lock Trimax is selling today. I found out while trying to buy replacement keys. I got the keys but they don't fit in my lock (same code). I have emailed Trimax twice - no response. I called their toll free number and was asked if the key had an "X" in front of the key code. I checked and said yes - the rep said they are using a different manufacturer now and that the lock and key were from their previous manufacturer. They do not provide replacement keys for this lock. Returns the value of the keys. The lock is fine but if you want to order extra keys you can forget about it. I was a little offended by Revain - they didn't state that this is an outdated model! Had I known, I would have bought elsewhere. I need keys for three keyrings and there are only two, so the lock is useless.
