The ease of navigating through my account has been very convenient with their support team always available whenever I have questions or issues! There are times when there's an update needed but not enough time in between billing cycles so it seems like we're getting more updates than necessary which can be frustrating if you need some downtime from your business needs as well (especially during tax season!). It would also help greatly if clients could go directly into collections via email instead of having all conversations over social media platforms only accessible by us employees who were never part of our customers' teams before they had accounts!
