It's very user friendly! I like how it can be used by non techies as well so they don't have any issues managing their insurance accounts or paying bills online with this software - which makes my job easier because i'm not having them call me all day about billing questions etc (which would take up more of our time). The ease of navigating through my account has been very convenient with their support team always available whenever I have questions or issues! There are times when there's an update needed but not enough time in between billing cycles so it seems like we're getting more updates than necessary which can be frustrating if you need some downtime from your business needs as well (especially during tax season!). I love how easy it is to navigate through the site. It was so easy to set up all my clients. Not only did they have great customer service but the support team is amazing as well.
