Easy to use. Great support team! I like that it's intuitive and easy to learn. The tool can be overwhelming at first but once you get used to all of its features, you'll never want to go back. You cannot import or export data from other programs (outside of Excel). This could add some additional complexity if you're trying to compare between different models with complex calculations. However, we are able to easily create new forms using our own content which allows us to have more flexibility when creating documents as well as providing an overview of form usage throughout the organization.
