These are like all the others: 2" diameter glass globes with handles, filled with a non-freezing liquid. They also include foam sleeves that go over the handles to give you a more secure grip and to keep your fingers from getting too cold. This set is filled with a blue liquid that has small square blue glitter in it. You can't freeze these, but they get plenty cold in the back of the fridge!I love using these in the mornings to depuff under eyes, wake up my face, increase circulation and temporarily tighten everything up--pores, jawline, cheekbones, etc. They're also great for headaches and sinus issues! I just love these and use them almost every day.
