And it wasn't a tow hook that could be reattached or used to replace the broken part. The button was glued on, so the only way to fix it is to replace the entire zipper. I bought this for my daughter for Christmas and it also had her swim team's name embroidered on it for $35. That gives me $70 for a $35 jacket and replacing a tailor's zipper costs another $35. Now the jacket that I expected to last a while at $35 is worth over $100. Blitz was not repaired, only written off. We swim so Speedo is our brand but in this case the unit broke and my daughter's most important Christmas present was ruined.
