The internal filter has a plastic ring to connect it to the pump motor. This ring is disabled. It's shifted in the wrong direction. I spoke to the dealer (fuel pump factory) and presumably the owner who said he had sold thousands of these and I was his first complaint. I tried to explain to him what was going on, but he didn't believe me. I explained that to T. He even pulled a new set off the shelf and looked at the same filter but didn't understand what the problem was. I ordered a separate filter kit from the best company to get the right filter. The filter mesh was too stiff for me to use. view photo
