Easy to use! It just made things so much better than i thought it would. I was able to set everything up exactly how i wanted without any trouble at all. Scheduling and tracking hours is easy. the ability for multiple users to see their schedule at once. The ability to use GPS coords is very helpful for when we need to move crews around. It also has some pretty cool tools that can be used. The free version doesn't contain some features like being able to go back in real time on schedules or having text notifications about jobs. It's hard to recommend this product completely but if you're looking to streamline your projects and work flow, this will definitely help do that for you. We implemented this for our projects because we had too many issues with our current scheduling methods. The best part about PCS it's that it has all the features you need. I love the ability to create my own custom reports, and keep track of everything in one place! Sometimes the program can be slow to load or run out of memory. This can make the experience frustrating. If you're looking for a great way to manage your schedule, this is it! We've streamlined our process by creating custom reports to help us stay organized. It also allows us to communicate more easily with our client.
