No metal, big holes for seeds to pass through
Works, this is an important part, works with some limitations. I've noticed that when I squeeze the lemon hard, the base stretches a bit, which relieves some of the downward force used to extract the juice. But the worst thing is that I had to get the seeds because the holes in the base are big. This can give you a lot of juice quickly, but it can also get a lot of seeds into the juice. If you don't mind digging up a seed or two, then this is a handy kitchen gadget!
