The intake is easy enough to install, the problem is the quality of the hose and the lack of response from the manufacturer. Mine had been installed for about 6 months when the only bracket holding this thing to the car came off cleanly. I installed it exactly according to the manufacturer's instructions and even relocated the battery ground to the air intake vibration mount. I contacted DC Sports through their warranty page a few months ago and got no response (other than their automated email letting me know they received it). Their website states a 3 year warranty on their air intakes if the problem is due to poor manufacturing, which I think is the case (I'm not the only one this has happened to). The bracket doesn't even fit back into its hole, which leads me to think that the welds expand/contract under load differently than flimsy tubing, although I'm no expert. This is a Honda Accord, not a race car - the intake manifold should last more than 6 months. It wouldn't be such a big deal if DC Sports actually got back to me and fixed the problem, but instead I fixed the intake manifold with JB welding, sheet metal and hose clamps. I would just avoid this company and choose a brand that will honor their warranties or at least get in touch with you to explain why your product/situation is not covered by their warranty.
